it's not "rubbing at the bottom", it's binding on the fender at the lower hinge .... the problem is the fender should be proud of the door like this, your door is proud of the fender, which will also cause more wind noise at speed .... and there's too wide a gap between fender and door

for detailed info on door adjustment see the manual, you may need some shims different places, including the fender mount points
