I got the little tool and new rivets from Classic Chevy, they don't come with directions and I'm a little confused. Is there some trick to the rubber. My glue job looked terrible, I may need to take it off and start over. Any hints would be appreciated. It's a 58 GMC 1/2 short bed. Thanks Larry
