I made my own 'Arm' bushings using 1/4 inch ID High Pressure Fuel Hose, and used a Single Edge Razor Blade to neatly cut these to length.

And I found suitable small short Coil Springs, Washers and Cotter Pins at a local True Value Hardware Store.
