I bought the panel on the driver side from Brothers. They had the stamped option for 20 dollars more. It already had the holes in place for the Master Cylinder, E-brake and e-brake mount so I bought it. I was not confident that I would put the holes back where they needed to be. I did use thicker metal (16 guage) but I am not sure this was necessary. I bought 14 and it was way too difficult to work with and 18g at the store I got is only available in 4x8 sheets.
Both sides seem very sturdy without the stamped grooves.

As far as squaring the cab..... I prayed.
The floor on the Driver side was not really attached at the toe so when I cut it out I figured the damage had already been done. So I hope I did not mess it up too badly we will see. I did not notice any movement. Of course that does not mean there was no movement.

On the passenger side the holes and cut out were smaller so I was not super worried. I am hoping for the best.

I am also planning on buying a tank for the mig welder and doing a cab corner here in the next month or so.

Don't you know who I think I am?
I've been thinkin' about freaking out. If I could just find the time.
