From memory - a dozen or so screws into the bottom through the lower radiator baffle. 3 screws into each side from inside the fenderwell. The upper rad baffle has to come off (another dozen or so screws) to get to 2 screws on each side from the fender into top bar. PITA to get to these - a small air ratchet is handy.
