if you mean the odd shaped piece riveted to the frame that sometimes gets ripped loose .... no, you need to find one from a donor frame and bolt it on after cutting off the old rivets and repairing any tears on the frame

if you mean just the 'pin' that the shock eye mounts on, replace it with a grade 8 bolt .... and make sure you have good springs and the correct shocks so it doesn't get mangled again
