in the video, both sides were still connected to the brake cable, so there was tension on the lever.
I can move the levers easily when I disconnect the cable.
However the drivers side has the slop but not the passenger.
So I believe it has to do with the difference between the lengths of the two bars,,
I appreciate everyone taking time to comment.
