I'm asking about the outer window frames or moldings of a 51 suburban. I've seen some with them chromed but mine are not chromed they have paint on them. They are a bit rusted or at least two of them with one being cracked through due to the rust. I was wondering if I would be able to weld them with a mig or tig welder. Sorry I just noticed I didn't specify which windows. I'm talking about the rear sliding side windows.
