MT, ask the Kook. He'd know better than I. All I know is that only 1 of my original caps made it through 50 years on the truck, and it has a big dent next to the "GMC." Thankfully, the dent missed the lettering. I think more people are going to be looking for 3/4-1 ton parts as the supply of restorable 1/2 ton trucks dwindles in many areas, so the market might be growing.
Would they be chrome or stainless? The Chevy caps listed at Chevy Duty are stainless, but the little GMC caps are chrome. I think I'd prefer to pay a bit extra for stainless.
Maybe someone should start a poll or something on here to see which parts might have a big enough market to reproduce. Any luck on those COE running board pads?
