I'm getting a Sear Pro MIG welder for my Bday. It comes with a gas regulator, but no gas bottle. So, um, where do you get the bottle? And what kind of place do I look for in the yellow pages to fill it? :confused:
My first project will be to fill in the shift bar on my 41 Chevy car. PO ground it down wrong (where bolt goes through attachment at bottom end) so reverse sticks way up and first is level. (Even with housing rotated max. Its got a 49 linkage.) :mad:
For a fill weld, do I need gas? Can I use flux cored wire? :rolleyes:
