My truck isn't here so I don't know exactly. I think there are 4 bolts that hold the fender to the side cowl, 5-6 that bolt the inner fender to the outer fender (along the hood line), 3 that bolt the inner to the outer at the front, and 3-4 that bolt the inner fender to the rad support. For all these, I use 5/16" x 1" stainless steel bolts/nuts/washers.
