Ulf, see here, most vendors have them - another place "starter boot" .... also check where you tailpipe ends, shouldn't be in the center portion of the bed tail, where exhaust can be drawn up and forward on the deck

for the e-brake seal & boot, Carter again, and American Classic

I think what's available for mats at the vendors is as close as you'll get to 'good' and 'original looking', they're pretty close, like FL104 here
