Hi ALL.. new here my son and my self have just purchased an Australian (HOLDEN) 1940 Chev truck .:-) A runner really long chassis with wooden drop side bed dual rear wheels 5 front wheel studs 10 rear has external hinged front screen and side vents on lower cowl and quarter windows with the front wheel arch cut outs 6cyl with a pto.. She is in good condition for age and am told it could be ex military..! Any info on her would be great ? still arranging transport home. we paid $3500 AUS.. And from zooming on pics we have Have found the little round Holden badge on firewall..!
