I'm getting ready to install my sidemount spare tire rack. Does the reinforcing strip go on the angled top bed rail, or on the vertical side near the top?
Also, I have heard that there is a reinforcement under the bed, which I didn't get when I bought the rack. What does the lower reinforcement look like and how does it install?
