Yes, BUT the one in the old (rebuilt) master was bad so I bought a kit and the new kit also failed to work properly. Then I bought a new master cylinder and it failed to work properly. My thought is that anyone who attempts to rebuild/replace their master cylinder is going to run into the same issue, as there is only one manufacturer left for this component. The WIlwood residual pressure valve actually WORKS. It holds a higher pressure, indefinitely.

ANyone who has bled brakes on a 6400 knows its a bear. I bled the brakes ONCE, in no special order, and I have a high, firm pedal even after not touching the truck for a week. I'm posting this solution for those who end up with the same difficult to find and faulty parts as I did.
