it could be a 45, because back in the day vehicles were dated by the date of first sale, not the mfgrs model year .... also, the 42-46 vehicles were really all sequential production of the same design, so a 45 was really assembled with 'leftover' parts, there was nothing new until the last year [46] of the Deco or Victory design .... the 42-45 trucks were all "B" models [BK for a 1/2T], what will tell the approximate year of assembly will be the unit serial number [rough guess
