Scott,
It may or may not be practical, but I have used the "pour in roll around" drill on irregular interiors (like doors) to get everything coated. I then drain out the excess ZR into the can for use elsewhere. Get a short case, call some friends and invite them over for a "frame tossing party", tape up all the holes, pour in a quantity of ZR and roll the frame over and around until everything is coated, let it drain and attack the short case.
