Last week I bought a torque multiplying wrench. It looks like a socket drive on steroids, long heavy handle and a very large business end. On top is a female 1/2" socket and on the bottom is a 3/4" male drive. Inside the head is a 1:9 gear reduction. So to use it one would position the handle so it is blocked, put a socket on the 3/4" side and a wrench or torque wrench on the 1/2" side. You get 9 times the torque out of the output. I have never seen them for sale before.
