If a butterfly steering wheel was optional on a 54/55st Chevrolet truck, it most likely came with the
Power Steering option that
Lares Corporation assures me was available on 1954 Chevrolet trucks. This is after Lares sent me an incorrect steering assembly, and then told me that my 5 assemblies were all wrong. Luckily, I bought the assembly through Rockauto.com, who gave me full refund, including shipping back to Lares.
