| | | | Joined: Jul 2008 Posts: 1,262 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jul 2008 Posts: 1,262 | The frame rails are die stamped with the frame number in the cab area of the frame and the numbers have no correlation to the VIN.
However the last 8 digits of the truck VIN should also be stamped on the top of the drivers side frame rail, just ahead of the motor mounts.
