1951 half ton chevy, vacumn wiper unit or motor under the dash seems to be missing a shaft or attachment that goes to the chrome switch on the dash .Does it have a part name so i will know what i am looking for and there seems to be rubber bushings that fell apart just by touching them on the arm of the motor and switch.
