Just my two cents...alot of the trucks don't have a stock spare carrier cuz they were a pain in the arse to use. If you don't mind having something other than stock, check my pictures. It's a crank/chain operated [IE:SIMPLE] lift. Very easy to install. It's from an 80's mini-truck.
