For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Oct 2004 Posts: 40 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Oct 2004 Posts: 40 | help please: i am a novice who will be working out of a driveway, i plan on buying a 58-66 chevy or gmc truck. i read the article on a "botched restoration" with hints on using products from eastwood and zero rust. i will be working out of my driveway/basement with resources limited to wire wheels and wire brushes, spray cans and paint brushes. assuming that i knock off as much rust as i can using the wire wheel/brush combo what is the absolute best product(along with proper steps) i can use for a rust free finish that will last. finally where does the much talked about miracle paint POR15 fit in to all of this rust discussion???? thank you for your help | | |
