Here is what i did, I used a piece 1/4 plywood cut it to shape of the glass, Make it as good a fit as possible, Slide it into frame, then lay it on a another piece of plywood[ or a shop bench that you can put screws into] that is larger all around by 3 inch or so,then shim under the plywood just enough to pinch frame with inside of frame down [ flat side] then screw to table/ply threw shims, with the v-bar hanging over the edge. Use more blocks around outside of frame, at corners and ends. GET THE IDEA ? TRAP THAT BABY GOOOOD. THEN with visegrips BITE THAT :mad: V-BAR as hard as you can close to frame end, THEN IT IS TAP OUT,FLUSH TAP IN,FLUSH. WITH SOLVENT, MANY TIMES . TAKE YOUR TIME. DONT RUSH. MINE took 3 hours. each side. The back and forth will get bigger then it will come out. grin . hope this helps
