In other rears I can find shim sets that you add shims to a shim carrier, if you need to swap a .010 with a .008 you pull the entire shim pack carrier out replace the shims, the carrier lets you drive the shims in or pull them out as group so you don't have to deal with individual shims.
A shop is where you wash your hands before you pee.
