The Stovebolt Site Forums The Shop Area Engine Shop Does repop V8 throttle linkage align with modern 4 barrel carbs?

Hi,

I put a small block in my 56 Chevy pickup and am researching options for the throttle linkage. I really want to keep the original gas pedal and was wondering if the reproduced factory linkage will work with a 4 BBL carburetor, since they are wider than the original 2 BBL that would have been on a 265 in 1956. Thanks.
