I'd use all one size, pressure is the same everywhere in a closed hydraulic system, having different sizes won't gain any pressure - and the length of the lines doesn't matter, but commonly the line out of the master splits with one line to the front, there Tee'd to the other side, and 2nd line to the back Tee'd off a fitting welded on the rear axle housing to the 2 rears
