Is RASS-O'-NIL the same as Picklex (or Picklex-20)?

The product look good (too good)? I think it costs $85/gal and it looks like it is sold only by the manufacturer, ICP, Inc., in Huntsville, Alabama.

Has anyone here had first-hand experience?
