Look in the Euclid catalog for wheel/rim clamps starting on page 4-44. They can usually be had from big truck parts places.

Most of these are for 3/4" studs and some still listed for 5/8" studs, if you have something less than 5/8" this catalog is probably no good.

If nothing in the catalogs you may be stuck looking for original ones from a Diamond T or other truck of similar age.
