The one I just got from them has 12 mounting holes. They told me the reason for the extra holes is so when you install a newer style 235/261 in your AD, by moving the radiator UP to the next set of holes puts it further away from the fan due to the slanted brackets. I dunno about that. But its a really nice radiator. Moving it up isn't good for air flow since the water pump is already too low on the newer engines. Not sure how the sheetmetal in that area would relate to the issue since I am not that far yet. Very good quality and the only (other) way to tell its not stock is that it isn't stamped with the year of the truck and the Harrison logo is missing.
