Great pictures! Thanks. In reference to your first photo, there are two clutch head sheet metal screws on the vertical part of the bracket. Whatever those screw into is what I haven't got. Is it possible for you to see in there to determine what that part looks like and what it's attached to?
Your third photo shows a spring, which I'll bet rusted away and broke in most cases. I know I would have saved that if it had been there when I took things apart. My problem is that I had two cabs in my shop, and the one I chose to restore may not have had a side vent in place when I got it. I'm concerned that the piece I'm missing might have been spot welded inside the fender. Don't know how I'll be able to fix that, since all the body work and painting are done.
