Thanks guys. After sleeping on it, I'm thinking that the master cylinder works because I burst two brake lines yesterday while trying to bleed the brakes.
The leaky wheek cylinder was siezed, so I loosened it up and put it back together. Maybe I'll check and adjust each of the wheels and then proceed.
