Okay, the friction plate is installed correctly, it looks like the TO is hitting the pressure plate. I have a 3 finger BW. From what I found, I might have the wrong TO bearing. Off to the parts store. Thanks everyone.
Side note, my fork retaining spring just broke when I was pullung the transmission out again so this will have to wait till Wednesday now.
