Bulge in tire or un round tire, motor/tranny mounts, ball joints...Sure sounds like Ujoints. Driveshaft always turns in any mode you mentioned. Driveshaft weight fell off? Rear wheel bearings? Rear end gear tooth damaged? Pinion bearing?
