Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Jun 2005 Posts: 86 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Jun 2005 Posts: 86 | As many bolters know, we have been having trouble getting the gas gauge to say what it really is. It reports half full, when it really fill to overflowing (literally).
A mechanic (other than me) took a look at it and put some kind of meter on it. Said we had a 35 Ohm sensor and we needed a 45 ohm sensor. Is he telling the truth, or am I being taken?
I did convert the system to 12 volts and have a resistor in the line to the gauge. | | |
