Got the custom bed finished for the 2 ton. Well, almost. The object is to use it as an implement carrier.

The custom bed frame delivered (finally), powder coated and was mounted on the lift frame.
Rough cut and seasoned black walnut slabs were were provided by the client. 18" wide by 16' long, I milled them to 1-1/4 thick and made them into bed boards.
Got the custom bed strips from Mar-K.
Chose Douglas Fir for the stakes for a contrast.
The loading winch still has to be mounted.
The rest of the work on the truck will be on hold for a while as I make the rest of the black walnut into a dining room/great room table for the client.
