My cowl vent side brackets are rusted at the pivot points which makes the vent very hard to open and close. I have sprayed with WD-40 and lubricated them with oil. Still very hard to move. Don't want to break them. What works the best to free these brackets up so I can open and close the cowl vent without issues?
