It sounds like 3B is right, all 6 wheels should be the same. I have 5 lug lock ring Motor wheels on my truck, which are the original wheels that came on it from the factory.
Many Fords, Dodge, & International trucks used the same wheels as Chevy & GMC
The rear wheels are held on just like the front, the only difference is that the outer wheel goes on backside facing out, then the lug nuts go on last which is what holds the 2 wheels together.
What series truck is yours? Mine is a 1945 400 series 2 1/2 ton with an Eaton 1350 2 spd. rear end
