I might be on to something. I pulled the horn today and layed it on the work bench and then ran some wires from the truck to it. HIt he horn button and it works fine. Reached up under the dash and moved the wires around to see it it would honk, then went under the hood and moved the wireing around and nothing. Jacked it up and turned the wheels back and forth, nothing. Could not make it honk other than using the horn button. Then i took my finger and tapped on the horn relay and it honked a couple of times then it honked and stayed on. Had to pull the wire to get it to stop. Am i safe to say it is a bad relay.
