The inner ones don't come on at all. The wiring hardness is brand new factory OEM from the Truck and Car shop. I'll see if I can change out the dimmer switch, where would one begin to trace down a problem. I'm swapping cabs and will re-wire everything this winter, I will wait to do major re-wire, but you'd think this is an easy problem to solve ;(
