I am not aware of any "sound deaden-er" for any air cleaner. Clean base and a clean top with the filter in-between. This is mounted to a post attached to the carb. Oil bath filter is a different beast. Tub with an element that drops inside held together with a wing nut. The whole thing is clamped to the carb. No sound proofing on any that I know of.
