I'm a little spooky about lifting a vehicle at the center of the front axle. I'm sure it's been done untold thousands of times, but there's always the possibility of putting a bend in it. Ditto for towing by wrapping a chain around the middle of the axle- - - -I've definitely seen some bent ones from doing that! Jerry
