Alright, Let me get this straight. My wire that goes to my light is noted as the "arm" Armature wire to the regulator. I currently have the #1 wire on my alternator going to my switch. If I ground the "arm" wire when I turn my key on it comes on. That aside,when I turn my key on the #1 is grounded (to light the warning lamp) until it starts to charge, then power is given from the switch to excite the alternator? Please tell me I got this right. I have waded through a pile of burnt and melted wires from the previous ownner this weekend and it had come out really nice aside from the work I'm just a bit stir crazy at this point from all that wiring...
