I just bought a rechromed GM bumper with hopes to put it on my 54 1/2 ton. It doesn't fit and I am thinking that it may be from an earlier model truck. Can someone help me identify this bumper?
The overall height of the bumper is about 3/4" shorter than the original bumper and the curvature of the bumper is different as well. The new bumper appears to have a larger more uniform bow in it, were the OE bumper is flatter in the center and curves more sharply at the ends.
