I don't recall the pitman arm nut being that difficult to remove on my truck, but it has been a long time ago. On my BMW's, the "community" refers to the front crankshaft hub bolt as the "Jesus bolt" because it is torqued to 350 ft-lbs and when you try to remove the bolt the first words that come of your mouth are "Jesus".

We need to start calling the pitman arm nut the "Jesus Nut"
