I have my dual master cylinder installed after some modifications to the bracket.

The brake pedal goes nearly all the way to the floor-and the rear brakes never apply. The fronts stop fairly well-

I am thinking I need to make a new pushrod to have a bit of "preload" on the hydraulic system.

The pushrod as it is now fits with no "gap" into the master cylinder.

Am I on the right track to extend the pushrod, or do I need to have any sort of check valve on the rear wheel cylinders?

Thanks,
Keith
