Yes, they do Baldy and that is another posibility on the front. Using a two filiment amber bulb, the parking light bulb can become your front turnsignal. I don't care for this idea, however, as the amber bulb sitting in the bucket takes away from the original look of the truck, as does a right hand tail light, which can easily fix the rear turn signal dilemma.
As we are seeing here, there are several ideas as to how to overcome the turn signal dilemma. It's probably one of those personalized things. All I can tell you is that I have tried more than several arrangements over the 30 years I have owned my truck and what I'm using now is the best I've had. But that doesn't mean that as soon as tomorrow I won't see something that is better!
