I'm new to the forum and am looking at buying what is listed as a 53 1/2 ton, however, it's a dually flatbed. I'm thinking it has to be at least a 1 ton. The person selling the truck said there's no vin plate. It also has a hood that has "3100" on it. I'm thinking it was switches out at some point. Any suggestions as to finding out exactly what this is?
