I would check fuel pressure, either it's starved or it's over powering the needle and seat. Start it up and look into the carb at idle. Look for fuel free flowing, also with it off crank it wide open make sure it dumps fuel. Quick easy checks. Also the fuel could be boiling off like stated previously. Check the lines and check the filter. Best of luck to ya.
