I have come to the conclusion that these doors weren't designed to fit well at all, and it is up to us to make them fit by whatever means necessary. I have had some success with a BFH to the hinge pillar, 2X4 as a pry bar to tweak the top of the door, opening up the holes in the hinges, cussing, and the careful throwing of tools. After you come out of it successful, do not let anyone talk to you, unless you have determined that they are worthy, as you are now the master.
